AJ ANDERSON

A.J. is a 1993 graduate of Allen County Scottsville High and a 1997 graduate of Western Kentucky University with a bachelors of science in Civil Engineering Technology. A.J. has been with Holland Inc. since 1993. A.J. started as a laborer, which led to running a crew and has worked his way to Vice-President. A.J. takes care of all our surveying and layout needs as well as overseeing our GPS Technology. A.J. is responsible for the day to day operations of our projects. A.J. is married to Evelina Anderson and has two daughters, Ally and Ella. A.J. credits Montroe Holland for his installing in him the dedication and work ethic for success.

SAFETY DIRECTOR/ SHOP FOREMAN

WILL HOLLAND

Will Holland is our safety supervisor/fleet manager. Will is responsible for making sure that our work is done safely and that our equipment is in top shape to complete our work load. Will started out washing equipment and helping move equipment from site to site. After graduating from Greenwood High School in 2009, Will went to work full time operating various pieces of equipment, laying storm sewer, and learning how to maintain and service our equipment. Will strives to learn every aspect of our business. Will is married to Leanna Holland and has one daughter, Whitlee. Will thanks his grandfather Montroe Holland for being one of his biggest role models and for pushing him to learn every part of the business. Will hopes to one day fill Montroe’s shoes.

IN MEMORY OF

MONTROE HOLLAND

The founder of Holland, Inc. was Montroe Holland. He came to Bowling Green from Blytheville, AR. to play basketball for E A Diddle. While at Western, he met his wife Quinn. They were married for 61 years. He started in the construction industry at the early age of 15 working for S J Cohn Co. of Blytheville, AR. in the summer during school break. After college, they moved to Arkansas to work full time for S J Cohn Co. After a few years of traveling through the south, they moved back to Bowling Green where he went to work for Mr. R E Gaddie for 10+ years. There were a few companies that he worked for or partnered in before starting Holland, Inc. in 1980. He was involved in the day to day operation from its beginning until his death in 2016.
